Follow these steps to reset your password :
In this hurry-burry life doing,its very difficult to remember too many passwords in our day-to-life.Sometimes we forgot our Gmail password….but don’t worry Gmail still knows it.
The good news is that by going through a validation process, you can set a new Gmailpassword – say, last week’s-however,and regain access to your Google account.
RECOVER YOUR GMAIL PASSWORD:
To reset your Gmail password and to access:
Make sure you either:
* Have a referral email address to your account or
* Have your permanent phone number to reset password.
2.It asks to enter Last password or Referral email address.
3.then click for NEXT.
4.There you can enter New password and confirm your new password.
5.Now you can access your Gmail account.
If you didn’t remembered your last password or refferal email address,
there u can see TRY DIFFERENT METHOD.
It opens to next page where it asks few questions,
1.enter your first PHONE NUMBER OR your best friend name or something else which u can set up before u sign up your account.
2.Click TRY DIFFERENT QUESTION if u cannot answer or do not have access to the resource
What Question Will Google Ask to verify My Gmail Account?
The question Gmail asks may include the following,not necessarily in this order:
.Your last password :
-if you have changed your password not remembered.
.Verification with 2-step authentication includes:
-an SMS text message received from Google
-an app (Google Authenticator)
-printed back-up codes.
1.To receive an SMS text message from Google that contains a verification code, enter your verified phone number or
2.Enter your Referral email address linked to your gmail account.
A security question for Gmail password recovery:
Type the answer to your recovery question following the question under Answer the security question you added to your account.
When you set up the account:
Enter the month and year when you created the Gmail (or Google) account.
If you have used your Gmail account in the past five days but have not specified a secondary email address, you will have to wait for these five days to pass.
